2010 - 2011• Analyzed and monitored 100 listed Private Equity funds across Europe and the US.
• Yearlong work on a particular Private Equity fund of funds in order to replace its BoD, restructure the company and create shareholder value: activist letters sent to the market and to financial journalists, analysis of the underperformance of the fund’s stock price and NAV compared to its peers in order to rally other shareholders to our cause.
• Collected and synthesized financial information (Bloomberg, Thomson One, broker notes, company reports…).
• Valuated underlying assets (multiples and DCF), analyzed the discount to NAV’s evolution, the level of cash and the funds’ financing needs.
• Presented financial news to the investment team on a weekly basis.
• Prepared investment proposals for the investment team and participated to investment meetings with the funds’ management teams.
• Realized an analysis on the relationship between the Fee Structure in Management Contracts (Management and performance fees, hurdle rates) of a vehicle and the performance of that same vehicle.

• Prepared and filed Tax Returns for ten international clients under a tight deadline.
• Prepared and finalized financial statements (balance sheets and income statements) and Annual Accounts.
• Attended weekly meetings of Tax team.
