Design of an innovative seat system for a space tourism shuttle, help by the french astronaut Jean-Pierre Haigneré.
Space tourism still dangerous : depending of the flights phase, the body must have a specific position + the space tourist should experience microgravity.
Our idea was to use the shuttle flight behaviour to place automatically the seat in the best position.
This project got the 1st prize of the Student Aerospace Challenge 2007, and was presented at the salon du Bourget and the First Symposium of Human Acces to Space.
