  • SingTel (Singapore Telecommunications) - Sales Director, France

    Singapore 2015 - 2015 Launch Singtel activities in France in Q1.2015, including open & setup new Business Unit in Paris :

    - Recruit and Manage the team in France to drive new business, account management & channels and be responsible for Protecting and Grow existing deck of accounts to attain set annual targets
    - Key roles include interaction with key clients to manage requirements, implementation of tight governance, forecasting and reporting, motivate & coach the team, joint working with other functions to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience eg headquarter teams for Global Operations / Engineering / CSS / Product Management
    - Design & Implement new Brand Awareness, Go to Market (Direct & Indirect) and Lead Generation initiatives
    - Joint work with Marketing and PR to establish Singtel France and create new, on-line and off-line collateral & MarComms for the French market, leveraging the business Singtel enjoys Globally with French headquartered organisations
    - 100% target achievement within agreed P&L.

    In April 2015 Singtel decide to delay the France BU opening following their acquisition of Trustwave for US$810 million.
