•Managing Bnp Paribas stock lending account regarding the Exposure versus institutional clients / brokers

•Dealing with the Front Office and institutional clients to reduce the Exposure when we borrow or lend some stocks to counterparties

•Hedging the Front office stock lending position using Collateral (cash multi currencies, equities, bonds)

•Managing the risk

•Responsible for managing the establishment of cash and security accounts within BNP Paribas’s global custody network along with managing the documentation for added value services such as proxy voting and foreign exchange services

•Involve liaising with the global custody network to open accounts providing the relevant market documentation and tax forms whilst liaising with the Client Services team to ensure the correctness of these forms completed by clients


•Responsible for the collation of new settlement information from the global custody network and the distribution to clients through the relevant client facing teams

•Require to notify internal stakeholders of new account details

•Working closely with internal and external stakeholders

•Contribute to the processing of the physical transfer of assets including various securities (derivatives, debt instruments, cash and equities, unlisted unit trusts etc) to ensure this is completed on time as well as in the reconciliation process to ensure a smooth transition

•Demonstrate excellent relationship management skills as the role works closely with the counterparts at the client’s to ensure successful integration of the client’s holdings

•Effective working relationships internally with a wide range of Operations staff.

•Providing services in managing the securities accounts of institutional clients

•Improving client financing services, productivity and mitigation of risk
