Currently in charge of a group of 20 projects managers, I have been in charge of Release Management within a large program for two years and a Line Manager for three years before this assignment.

Qualify and document Projects Managers requests coming from all stakeholders.
Staff the Projects Managers according to the project context, required competences, people experiences and availabilities.
Manage the capacity planning of the team.
Lead the recruitment with the Human Resources Department.
Represent the French organization in the Volvo IT Project Management network.
Manage the financial elements of my organization.
2008 - 2010My main responsibilities were:
• Project Integration Management within an enterprise strategic program
• Yearly Integration budget : 3 000 K€
• Total estimated budget of the program : 55 000 K€
