* Reporting
The department annually issues the EADS Sourcing report, which in detail describes the Sourcing activities of all entities of the group.
-> General project coordination & support
-> Compilation of inputs from multiple sources
-> Review of layout and content

* Communication
Creation of the EADS Procurement Boards & Networks Guide, communication tool to promote EADS Procurement activities.
-> General project coordination & support
-> Compilation of inputs from multiple sources
-> Review of layout and content
-> Develop and maintain intranet and internet information

* Organisation
-> Support various events of the Procurement community in terms of planning, venue selection, invitation, agenda and follow-up activities

* Budget Controlling
-> Controlling of various budget lines in terms of expenses vs. planning as well as establishment of forecasts and planning for next year.

* Support on official presentations
-> Support preparation and follow-up of the meetings and agendas of the EADS Chief Procurement Officers Council.
-> Development of presentations on various subjects
