  Implementation of process related to the IT service center, design of the service catalog of the IT department, Improvement of current processes, integration of new software, change management, initiation of DRP and DCP studies.

• Hogrefe - Project lead and developer

  2012 - 2012 Development of an application to fulfill and submit psychometric tests. Analysis of customer needs, design of the detailed specifications. The final product gave the possibility to manage different users, test sessions, an automated generation of results. The whole system was built within a database which was offering a lot of evolution possibility.
