Projects fitting in the complex category are the ones with:
    - very difficult technical specifications to handle
    - production and delivery of new technologies
    - complex coordination / communication with all the departments of the factory for establishing new procedures to deal with new technologies
    - complicated contracts reagarding legal, and financial terms
    - complicated consortiums, customers to deal with
    - complicated reporting to the management

The responsibilities and tasks regarding this job are the same as the ones described in my previous job as a Contracts Manager for GCB with this new complex / special projects category to deal with.
  • Alstom Grid - Project Manager GCB Projects

2011 - 2013 Contracts Manager for Generator Circuit Breakers (GCB*):

The Contracts Manager manages the contracts creation, execution, analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.
The contracts manager is the direct and only contact for the customer. Thus, its role needs very high communication and negociation skills. These qualities are mandatory for the coordination of the activities described below within the company.
