En résumé

With a military experience of 19 years in the French coastguard, I have some organizational skills and a keen sense of responsibility that allowed me to manage a maritime patrol boat. My various trainings have given me a strong on legal knowledge, regulations and maritime safety. I also have some experience in relations with elected officials and other public figures.
In order to attain positions of high responsibility and develop my creativity, I have been directed me to the management staff with highly technical positions and from different backgrounds. Leading teams in a difficult environment allowed me to assert my leadership and mastery of complex situations where safety is the key word.
That is why I can say today hold managerial qualities needed for leadership and animation teams and for optimal collaboration with the various departments in compliance with a monitoring policy and of quality management that will ensure an excellent level of benefits.

    Contract manager pour Stapem Offshore Angola:

    Since late 2011, I am responsible for the Marine Department of the company Stapem as "Contract Manager". This is a company specialized in Oil & Gas service company for oil companies present for 20 years in the Gulf of Guinea and Angola in particular.

    I am responsible for ensuring the proper execution of contracts related to marine operations, to ensure economic balance and optimize the allocation of human and material needs.
    I shall ensure coordination of various activities and the implementation of the necessary means to guarantee the availability of staff.
    I also bring technical expertise and advice to teams in the choice and conduct of operations related to the implementation of contracts.
    I am responsible for the promotion and dissemination of a security by ensuring the implementation of rules issued by the client in the matter of respect and prevention plans. I contribute to the development of the HSE plan and ensure its implementation. I participate in internal audits security.

    With military experience gained during my 19 years in the Ministry of Defence, today I have the ability to implement strategies in different areas of predilection.

    My mission is to motivate and unite all staff on a joint, one to assert the interests of the company to the customer.

    I am now head over a one hundred and fifty personels and half of which is composed of local agents. I now operates in areas that I have become familiar or controlled as human resources, finance, management or contract management.

    I am flexible and available, rigorous and reactive to offer the company who employe me, a rapid and appropriate response.

    2006 - 2011 Surveillance et contrôle des approches maritimes, police de la navigation, police des pêches, missions de police judiciaire, recherches d'infractions maritimes (pollutions, drogue...), surveillance des ports et mission type marine nationale.
    Nous avons la particularité d'exercer le métier de gendarme sur la mer. Notre zone de travail s'étale sur 700 km de côtes (3 départements) jusqu'à 20 nautiques au large.
  • Gendarmerie maritime - Commandant en second, Chef navigateur

    2002 - 2006 Embarqué sur une vedette de surveillance côtière de la gendarmerie dans le sud de la France en qualité de chef navigateur dans un premier temps puis commandant en second.
    J'ai obtenu le diplôme d'officier de police judiciaire en 2003.

    2000 - 2002 Suite à l'obtention du brevet de navigateur de la marine nationale en 2000, j'ai été embarqué 2 années sur un patrouilleur de 40 mètres de la gendarmerie maritime à Lorient.

    1998 - 2000 Plusieurs détachements sur des bateaux de la gendarmerie maritime et formation chef de quart à l'École de manœuvre de Lanvéoc Poulmic (29).
