I'm someone very polyvalent, able to learn quickly what i need to learn.
I'm not anymore in the French Red Cross and in ambulance company but this experiences really teach me a lot about me.
To be patient and quiet in extrem situation and now in my new professional environment that really help me.
To listen the people aswell.
I'm leader of a team now and all these experiences i had in ambulance, in ski shop, in winter sport event help me everyday in my position.
I didn't made any prestigious school by i use my personal experience.
Like everybody i had some bad manager and some good manager, that help me everyday for take the good decision for manage my team and support them.
I practiced the rugby in sport and one of the value of this sport to be collective not individualist and in opposite as well i practised fencing, individual sport but that learned me to be patient and master of my emotion like in ambulance.
All of this qualities, i try to put them everyday to the service of my work.
