- targeted application & customers
- market share and turnover growth objectives
- mark-down (price)
- new launches (events – communication tools…)
To organize the commercial launches with the upstream marketing managers

Responsible for this new activity, for the Home & Building market, of brand-labeling including the Business Plan establishment and his launching.
Responsible for the international partners’ selection/qualification and their follow-up (supply chain - prices negotiation - quality audit...).
Responsible for the commercial strategy (customers - policy pricing & margin...)
Responsible for the PNL - quality certification ISO 90001.
Management a team of 1 engineer (quality) and 2 technicians (products
evaluation & supply chain).

Responsible for the development (technical – quality – development and production cost…) of the new products dedicated to the telecom market representing to revenue of 20MEuro.
Link with the marketing and commercial teams to establish the right strategy in function of market's information.
Responsible for the PNL - quality certification ISO 90001.
Management a team of 3 engineers (project manager) and 7 technicians

Responsible for the technical development, up to the industrialization, on the new micro-electronic products for the telecom markets in respecting the development & production cost planned, the lead-time and the products quality according our commitments.
