  In position as QHSE Manager for Nordic Maritime PTE LTD, Singapore based Ship Owner and Management Company providing a worldwide full range of seismic and offshore services.
  Duties and responsibilities
  * Act as the Designated Person, management representative and Company Security Officer.
  * Develop, implement, maintain and conduct periodical internal audit of the company's SMS procedures, and propose improvement if necessary.
  * Review various Company policies, reporting and management system regularly and propose revisions if necessary.
  * Co-ordinate and lead internal audit and participate in external audits and propose and follow-up on corrective actions.
  * Monitor new rules, regulations and amendments to these and evaluate consequences and actions if necessary.
  * Follow up nonconformities, near accidents and accidents and other reported HSEQ issues.
  * Monitor the safety and pollution aspects of the operation of the ships.
  * Investigate and analyze accidents, marine casualties and near misses, and propose preventive measures.
  * Preparation of guidelines for the use, maintenance and safe operation of the equipment for marine and seismic acquisition operations.
  * Monitor that crew training and qualification meet the Company standards.
  * Monitoring new rules regulation and amendments to these and evaluate consequences and actions if necessary.
  * Networking with offshore industry leaders and with all segments of the offshore oil & gas market worldwide with special focus on South East Asia, India, Australasia, China among others.
  * To provide support for units and offices in HSEQ related matters
  * Liaise with consultants, authorities and clients on HSEQ matters, for all projects (subsea, charter and seismic).
  * In charge of the ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 certification process and implementation for the company.
  * Responsible to maintain all ship certificates up to date and co-ordinate necessary external audits (DOC, SMC, ISPS,...).
  * Establishing and implementing safe work procedures and work instructions for general and specific activities related to seismic campaigns
  * Developing a new integrated management system built on ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, OVMSA and OGP/IAGC standards, and implementing it on board all the fleet.

• CGGVeritas International, worldwide - Senior HSE Advisor

  2008 - 2013 Senior HSE advisor for onshore and offshore seismic campaigns, involving up to 1000 workers and 12 boats, air gun based surveys on living oil and gas production fields. I was responsible for the implementation of the HSE management system on site.

  Duties and responsibilities
  * Project safety Advisor, developing and ensuring the implementation of the HSE management system in compliance with industry specific standards.
  * In charge of the Medical and HSE department on site. ;
  * Manage the contractor and all lower tier subcontractors based on approval and compliance with their Health, Safety & Environmental standards, plans and procedures.
  * Conducting generic and specific site risk assessments based on oil and Gas standards (OGP, OSHA, and IAGC, etc)
  * Creation and implementation of Emergency response plans
  * Auditing third party Safety Management Systems and facilities (OSV, chase boats, crew boats,).
  * Establishing a Training Facility for all Employees to improve their skills and ensure the project has trained and competent operatives.
  * Monitoring Safe System of Work Compliance (Permits to Work)
  * Conducting accident / incident investigations utilizing root cause analysis, identify corrective / remedial actions and cascading lessons learned.
  * Establishing and implementing safe work procedures and work instructions for general and specific activities related to seismic campaigns.

  2005 - 2007 - Réalisation de l'Analyse Environnementale du site.
  - Mise à jour de L'évaluation des risques professionnels.
  - Création d'outil de communication pour la sensibilisation des opérateurs présents sur le site.
  - Participation aux différents Audits internes et de certification.
  - Réduction de la production de déchets spéciaux.

  Rueil Malmaison 2005 - 2007 Schneider Electric, Telemecanique production unit,
  As a HSE manager assistant I was a providing a technical assistance and managing all safety at work on site. Also in charge of the implementation of the HSE policies on site.

  * Conducting generic and specific site risk assessments following international standards and the French work legislation (ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001)
  * Updating the environmental analysis on site. ;
