Monitoring test activities between China and France. Assuming the role of interface between Design and Test teams, I used to focus on product quality and customers satisfaction. Managing the issues on my own initiative and paying special attention to deadline commitments.
Establishing documentation according to prescribed guidelines and quality process.

Improving clients business by providing technical solution for CRM strategy (Prospect & Customer base). Providing proposals to manage BtoC ways of negotiation. Helping to the decision making process by providing analysis on success rate / agents efficiency. Supporting operational activities in real time (high reactivity business). Reporting to customers and business Unit. Coordinating road map with sales Managers.
Main interface with Software providers, enhancing relationship and specifying new requirements.
