  Main missions :
  
  Focal point for trainees and alternants - coordination of HR processes :
  
  - Contact and coordination with the different partners: young person selected, manager, Group Recruitment Center, Group Staff Department, schools
  - Ensures the launch of campaigns and guarantees compliance with quotas put in place by management
  - Pilot the processes of request of personnel on the internal tool (management point, technical support HR tool, verification of the data, validation process' following, RH validation, transmission to the competent service etc.)
  - Ensures the integration and the daily management during the period of the contract and the maintenance of end of missions of the trainees and alternants.
  - Ensures the updating of dashboards and realize reportings
  
  Support HRBP:
  
  You will assist the HRBPs on the day-to-day issues and the different phases of the HR cycle (recruitment, career management, performance review and salary, training ...) in transnational:
  
  - Assistance in the development of communication documents on HR processes
  - Implementation and updating of HR tools
  - Compilation of data
  - Conducting statistical studies and monitoring the staffing plan
  - Support of Ad Hoc applications for competence centers

• ESC Rennes School of Business - Co-manager of the Admissibles 2016

  2016 - 2016 The Admissibles project has as goal to promote "Rennes School of Business" to the students who wants to integrate the "Master in Management of Rennes School of Business". The staff has to welcome them, drive them, propose animations etc... so that finally candidates decide to integrate the school.
  
  Main missions :
  - Supervision, motivation and management of an international team of 92 students called "Admisseurs"
  - Ensure to the good preparation and the coherence of the project "Admissibles 2016"

  2015 - 2015 The Champagne House Besserat of Bellefon was founded in 1843. The particularity of the Champagne Besserat de Bellefon "the Cuvée des Moines" is its bubbles are known to be 30% finer than those in a traditional Champagne and that it is made to accompany the meal.
