Neuilly-sur-Seine2014 - 2018I train Airbus and Suppliers on the Intervention Card process and tool in SAP
PEA. This process supervises the access rights on aircrafts outside of the
production planning.
Infotel/Airbus different profiles (Manufacturing teams, Design Offices, Quality
departments) of Airbus and Airbus suppliers on how to use SAP PAC regarding
to the concession process. This is a non-conformity control process implying
design and stress analysts. I performe these trainings in four languages, in
many countries and had the opportunity to train the head of delivery of the
A380 in Hamburg.
I train Airbus and Airbus Suppliers on the DQN (Design Query Note) process
and tool. This process is a design non-conformity control process. I am
currently part of the deployment team of this process on the A320 in
Hamburg. Until this year this aircraft program was not covered by the DQN
process (SAP PAC) but by the BM Process in SAP PDA (the German local
system). As it is a tool migration these trainings are always the subject of
debates and I must successfully defend it.
I train Airbus and Suppliers on the QN exchange process and tool. This process
allows the different actors to send non-conformity notifications from one
local system to another.
As I have a great communication, adaptability and reliability Infotel puts me
on several tool deployment projects. The first was the Quality Gate project
which was deployed in Europe in the beginning of 2015. It allows to control
the quality of the delivered aircraft parts from one workstation to another. I
had to train the key users and the Airbus internal trainers. More recently,
