Philippe has a strong expertise of Organizational Change & Project Management, within national and international contexts.
Competences, availability and adaptability are the basis of his engagement to make projects which are entrusted to him, a shared success.
Independent since 1993 within an International Project of Economical Development, then Manager for Deloitte Consulting, Andersen and finally oxo Group, he creates, develops and manages various consulting activities centered on Performance & Management.
Currently assigned on various Life Science Industry Transformation Projects, he has lead in the last 20 years numerous projects, managing the impact by project from 1 to 55 industrial sites, 1 to 15 countries, up to 56 000 people.
More recently he has fully reorganized the last french factory of a Swiss Big Pharma and managed their cultural change from Big Pharma to CMO. He is currently involved in many Lean Initiatives for the Pharma & Energy sectors, working most of the time in international context.
Former consultant on the crisis communication systems for the Inter Army College of Defense, and Project Management Instructor, he is recommended and involved more particularly in the following fields :
