    • Insure traceability between top level requirement documents (SRD) and ADIRS BITE specifications (SBS)

    • In charge of the definition of the Flight Manual (FM), the negotiation with authorities to get the FM approval, the support of airlines in answering operational questions related to FM or certification.
     Achievements:
    • Contribute to get type certification of new aircraft models by getting approved the corresponding Flight Manual (FM):
     To get information from partner design offices and other Airbus departments.
     To define and write the FM project of the new aircraft model.
     To negotiate with Airworthiness Authorities (EASA, JAA, FAA, DGAC, LBA, CAA, TC (Canada), CTA (Brazil), CAAC (China), CAD (Hong Kong), IACAR (Russia), JCAB (Japan), ACAA (Australia), CAAS (Singapore),…) and CEV to obtain the approval of the FM
    • Preparation of the FM for each individual aircraft to be delivered:
     To prepare the FM.
     To control the FM consistency with A/C definition in accordance with the DOM procedures.
     To deliver the controlled FM in time for aircraft delivery (the department is accountable for any resulting delay in aircraft delivery).
