En résumé

I'm a former French Air Force Colonel who joined the French Air Force on May 1, 1979 and retired on November 30, 2006. I have over 3,000 flying hours mainly on Mirage 2000-N, Mirage IV-A & P, Mirage III-B, C-135 FR and Mystère XX-P. My military awards include Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur, Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, the Médaille de l’Aéronautique and the Médaille de la Défense Nationale.
Since January 1, 2007, I am a NATO employee but started to work for NATO on August 1, 1999. I thus have a solid experience and strong network in NATO and in the member nations' capitals and main industries. Since July 1, 2012, I am the Executive Officer to the Director of the Collaboration Support Office of the NATO Science & Technology Organization (STO).

  • NATO S&T Organisation Collaboration Support Office - Executive Officer to the Director

    2012 - maintenant I provide direct executive support to the CSO Director. I also support the CSO Director in his/her role of providing assistance and support to the S&T Board, its Chairperson, the Chief Scientist, and his/her office, in particular in the areas of the NATO S&T Strategy, the NATO S&T Priorities, the STO Policies and Directives and the preparation and conduct of the STB meetings. I finally serve as the primary staff officer in the preparation, coordination, and maintenance of outreach initiatives for the CSO.

  • NATO Research & Technology Agency - Executive Officer, Policy and Outreach Division (POD)

    2007 - 2012 I was the Executive Officer, Policy and Outreach Division (POD) of the Research and Technology Agency. I also served as Head, Strategic Planning Branch.
    My duties included Research and Technology Board (RTB) administrative support, strategic planning activities and development of policies and procedures for the benefit of the NATO R&T community.
