    Management of quality activities with adherence to Product Company and Group standards to support Project, Production and Supply Chain to ensure total Quality in the vehicles delivered (Tractors from 50 to 400 Hp) and services provided to our Customers (Dealers & Agricultural ).

  • Valeo Transmission - Directeur Qualité

    Paris 2007 - 2010 Connected with the Division Director (150 M€ - 700 employees). Management of quality activities with adherence to Division and Branch standards to support Project, Production and Supply Chain to ensure total quality in the products delivered (clutches, flywheel, lock-up for passenger car) and services provided to our Customers (main European car-makers).

    Responsible for contacts with Customers in the Quality & Excellence aspects, ensuring timely/quality responses to Quality concerns.

    Fulfills the deployment of the Step 1,2,3 QRQC in all the sectors of the Division. Main results : 30 % reduction of the Customers claims, achievement of the " 0 km single digit ppm ", achievement of the 2500 ppm in internal scraps and 30 % reduction of the quality suppliers issues.

    Managing the Project Validation Committee. Supporting and organizing Quality tasks within all the project of the Division : Design Review, FMEA... Integration for all the new projects of Lesson Learned Cards stemming from the past experiences. Put in place systematic Firewall for all new products launch to secure Customers

    Responsible for ISO/TS 16949 certification.

    Functionally responsible for two Divisions (250 employees - Amiens ; 100 employees - Tunisia) including Trucks & Tractors activities

  • Valeo Transmission - Chef de Projets Système

    Paris 2002 - 2007 Connected with the Project Director. Responsible for PSA, Renault & BMW.

    Management of fifteen projects : Drive execution of the allocated project scope to maximize the results of the global project with respect to margin, whilst delivering the project on time in conformity with the contract and managing the Customers expectations.

    Budget management of the prototypes, tooling investment and associated resources.

    Responsible for Customer cost reduction plan (Value Analysis, Lean Manufacturing deployment, low cost supplier development).
