    Boulogne Billancourt Cedex 2009 - 2015 Strategic buyer of key raw materials (polymers, fillers, starches & specialities chemicals), referent for the group within the European organisation, I developed, validated and communicated a sourcing strategy specific to the category I am in charged of, with the aim to deliver a competitive advantage to the business. Individually responsible for 90M€ of purchases, I continuously adapted practices to a challenging environment (group re-organisation, suppliers consolidation). I brought innovation with a systematic Total Cost of Ownership approach and captured supplier product efficiency through a selective partnership with some key preferred suppliers.

    I assisted the senior project buyer for the ramp-up of 2 main programs. My role was to get the best combination between cost, quality and delivery with a strong focus on Valeo objectives and with respect to the customer's requirements. Developed teamwork spirit and project management skills (QCD, PDCA, Gantt, RFI/RFP/RFQ); demonstrated negotiation and purchasing capability on:
    * Support project award during contract approval application with competitive costs and savings plan to finance project acquisition
    * Build up project supplier target panel from pre-sourcing committee
    * Install competition between suppliers after pre-sourcing committee
    * Reach pre-sourcing and sourcing decisions to meet project targets and offset with supply base quick savings imposed by customers
    * Ensure timely sign off of all supplier contracts related to both projects
