En résumé

Jamais le monde industriel n'aura connu une telle tension dans la réalisation de ses objectifs par un marché toujours plus concurrentiel et des marges toujours plus faibles. Dans ce contexte, réaliser ses engagements conformément à son offre et en tenant ses objectifs relève du défi. Mon rôle consiste à aider les chefs de projets dans la réalisation de leurs contrats en leur apportant une expertise juridique et opérationnelle, en formalisation les écarts par rapport aux prestations vendues et en finalisant, le cas échéant, les réclamations nécessaires auprès de nos clients et/ou nos fournisseurs.

    Beside Project Manager, performing major turnkey projects (O.I 350M€) in a competitive and risky business with very restricted margins.

    Managing on-shore portions, including tax issues (opening of PE, bank accounts), Credit Insurance, Project controlling and reporting (order intake calculation), cash management.

    Main achievements :
    _ The Netherlands : TATA STEEL – Upgrade of the Plant, creation of a new processing line (250M€)

    Managing legal issues and monitoring risks & opportunities both bid and execution phasis.
    Following-up of 350M€ portfolio in France (7 offices) and export turnkey projects.

    Main achievements :
    _ Libya : 400M€, Tunisia 10M€ and Algeria 80M€ (on-shore portions, PE opened)
    _ Qatar : closing out of high tension lines : 500K€ claims within insurance file
    _ Syria : contentious case further to 1,5M€ overdue fully recovered
    _ Russia, Romania : PE opened
