- Review of RFPs and Customer contractual documentation to identify and analyze contractual risks/opportunities; (commercial, legal, financial, technical etc.);
- Development of contractual positions and provide contract interpretation to the bids & proposals, project team and senior management;
- Preparation of contract compliance matrices, risks & opportunities assessment and other pre-bid documentation;
- Management of the development and the implementation of a negotiation strategy for contract negotiations, from pre-award to execution;
- Drafting and negotiation of contractual documentation including preliminary agreements, intra- agreements and Customer and/or Supplier contracts;
- Ensure compliance with Governance policies;
- Liaising with Customer;
- Liaising with bids & proposals team, project team, marketing & sales, legal, risk management, finance, purchasing and other departments;
- Monitoring of Contract’s performance during project phase
- Pre-litigation & Dispute management;
- Contracts general administration (contractual baseline maintenance, management of amendments and contract changes).
