My role is quite large as I am supporting the needs of the 4 main companies :
- DSM ; Water Sport Products Equipments (bag, logo, foot straps …)
- CMI ; Marine Branch (trimaran, catamaran, sailing boat, hydropter, kayak …)
- CBI ; Fun Water Sports Products (Windsurf, Stand Up Paddle, Custom Surf, Kite Surf, Jet Ski …)
- CAC : Automotive Branch (customers : AUDI, ASTON MARTIN, BUGATTI … KTM, DUCATI …)
In details, I am advising the company in its automated systems investments (CNC, Robots, tailored systems) … to succeed to achieve that I had to enlarge their sub-contractor/suppliers network and play the role of "connector" between the Production, R&D, Financial, IT & Executive …

Through the transfer of some aircraft structure parts from AIRBUS Toulouse (FRANCE) to TPI Co. Abu Dhabi (U.A.E.), my task has consisted to follow-up every single step of that project in accordance of the agreed scope of work with our customer.
I was notably in charge to build the mechanical sub-contractors network within UAE for AKKA technologies.
Internally, I managed the technical key stages of the industrialization as :
CAD : Jig design advisor,
CAM : Strategies and tricky issues to take care,
LOGISTIC : Guarantee the delivery dates of the different items,
QUALITY INSPECTION : Commit that the product match perfectly with the customer'expectations
I made several presentations and reports to our customer with Mr Férréol Marande (General Manager AKKA Middle East) … I have been considered as well from AKKA as by our customer (TPI Co.) as the Technical Referent.
This was a real International Management as part of our sub-contractors were located in UAE, some other in India, the CADCAM team was french and our customer Emirati.

Located in Al Ain, in the middle of the UAE desert, the STRATA's factory is the biggest Aeronautical Company in Middle East.
My role at 3 different times (3 session of about 30 students) was to ensure a training to the future workers and engineers in the field of the "Composite Parts Assembly".
The job was not mostly technical but somehow a bit psychological as well … Indeed, the culture of Emiraties is particularly sensitive and strongly linked to the religion. Also, most of my students were women ...
It was an amazing professional adventure ...

Left from France to Australia to improve my English, I met by chance a french man called Yan FLAGEUL who wished start-up an innovative service within Melbourne City.
The concept of this company is to support people who are temporarily or/and permanently not capable to use their own vehicle.
The idea is basically to go where the person is and bring him(her) where he(she) needs to go … for doing this, we used a foldable scooter that is placed in the boot of the car'owner … when the mission is achieved, it remains to take out the scoot from is special protective bag and keep riding to the next customer …
For Mr Flageul, I was clearly the key person who allows him (them with his wife) to launch this business ! Not only chauffeur, I used to be mechanician as well ;)
I got fun and intensive practice of English … my goal has been reached !

I worked on numerous sort of projects, mainly for our customers in aeronautic and spatial fields.
2008 TO 2009 - INDUSTRIALIZATION MANAGER
Finally, I managed a part of an exiting spatial project (ALMA). My job was very full from designing and programming all the values parts and their equipments for the machining in assuring the success of each steps of their industrialisations.
I also participated at one of the most expensive investment to make this project a reality ; a new 4 axis CNC machine-tool (OKK 4 AXIS / FANUC 310iS).
2003 TO 2007 - CADCAM PROGRAMMER / WORK NC AND CATIA V5
I also programmed lot of planes structural parts (A320, A321, A340, A380), those were in aluminium alloy and carbon composite. Several machines-tool have been used ; IMEX (Great Speed Machining), CRENEAU Industriel (machine for mass productions), FOREST LINE (double spindles) ...
2002 - CADCAM & CNC PROGRAMMER - S4X
At the beginning, I machined and programmed on the Numerical Control FIDIA (NORMA machine-tools 5 axis), the parts were prototypes and units elements.
