1/ Legal support and advice on all tender and commercial Contracts :
Secure French contracts Ensure review and follow up of all commercial French contracts. Legal support including all negotiations with partners, customers, drafting contracts, and the assessment of the risks pertaining to the contract.
2 / Legal support in Real Estate
Comment and review real estate documents and lease in collaboration of Real Estate Manager of AREVA T&D, AREVA CORPORATE REAL ESTATE organisation ( DPIAREVA)
3/General support on competition and litigation matters
Provide support for Competition litigation and claim - implementation of e-learning tool
4/Ensure compliance with AREVA’s internal rules and Values Charter and communicate on them
Ensure that at all times, the contracts of its scope are in line with AREVA’s internal rules and in compliance with the Values Charter for FRANCE
