Advise the regional directors and dealer principals directly in the implementation of standards
Ensure correct interpretation and implementation of Renault corporate standards in development projects (for consistency)
Channel Development
Coordinate, contribute to and produce the National Franchise offering, plan and budget
Deployment of Renault India’s policy within the network
Ensure that dealer staff are trained in line with Renault India’s guidelines
Creation and management of the National Franchising plan
Support the Franchise Department and Franchising Development Managers with geographical data, representation processes and systems
Ensure correct interpretation and implementation of Renault corporate standards in development projects
Assist in the development and establishment of the facilities requirements and building specifications to meet the present and future needs of the franchise in India
Sales planning & handling corporate sales
Establish the procedures and processes for measuring the performance, effectiveness and quality of service of appointed sub-contractors.
Research and development of standards in line with market trends and policies of Renault SA, including projects such as: PER4 Temporary facilities, Study of efficient utilisation of space, New retailing concepts, Dealership designing with architects
Advise and assist Regional Director's, dealer management and other Renault INDIA departments directly in the implementation of the standards.
Responsible for all facilities development activity nationally, till complete execution.
