    TRANSVERSE FUNCTION DOMAIN:
    - Coordination of the support raised by the department of Chemical Library of sanofi R&D. Gathering user requirements, business analysis, creation of the project team, project monitoring and technical support for the RDM department of sanofi R&D.
    - In charge of the implementation of the data access policy for the discovery and early development data of sanofi R&D. Elaborate and implement the rules that drive the access to the sensitive discovery research information (synthesis data, bioassays results, SAR data, …) that are available through the discovery research software. Apply those rules to all new commercial or in house software that will be deployed for users.
    - Head of the user repository & access request process team. Manage the team in charge of the treatment of all the users access requests. Maintain & guarantee the good use of the Data Access Policy in the access request & validation process of the discovery research software (40 tools available for 5 000 users).
    BIOLOGICAL DOMAIN:
    - Data base & user manager for the biological activity software. Application specialist for Activity Base. In charge of the support and training of users (1 200 regular users).
