- Definition of the national recruitment policy
- Industrialization of the recruitment process (creation of support)
- Establishment of pay scales
- Selection and negotiation of tools and materials research
- Definition and redaction of job description, desired profiles etc ... in collaboration with the operational department concerned
- Sourcing, qualifying, interview and follow candidates within a national and international context (France, England, Switzerland, India, North Africa, USA and Australia)
- If necessary, research and selection of independent contractor
- Administration the hiring ads
- Monthly reporting of ongoing recruitment
- Monitoring the activity and integration of new employees
- Update of the profiles database
- In collaboration with the Manager: management of career plans and training
- Creating a synthesis analyzed on recruitment trends by region and division
- Management of outsourcing contracts and partnerships with two
great engineering schools
