Phd (assistant doctorant), EPFL IMT PVLAB

31ToulouseMidi-Pyrénées - France

I started my Phd in september 2009 in the PVLAB of the IMT Switzerland (The Institute of Microtechnology of the University of Neuchatel) led by the Professor Christophe Ballif.

I am currently working on thin film silicon based micromorph solar cell deposited by VHF-PECVD.
I am involved in the European project called Silicon-Light which aims at introducing the micromorph technology in flexible panel mass production.

I support also the VHF company which commercializes amorphous silicon based flexible modules.
