MISSION
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Prospecter et développer à l'international un réseau de distributeurs pour les produits du clients
Participer à la définition de la stratégie commerciale à l'international,
Anticiper les besoins de la clientèle
Prendre part aux actions commerciales et marketing
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Initier et suivre les différentes phases d'évolution des projets (lancement, développement, acquisition ou licensing),
Piloter la communauté d'experts allouée à chaque projet (marketing, développement produits, affaires réglementaires, fournisseurs, ...) et gérer ainsi les problématiques économiques, règlementaires et concurrentielles,
Participer à la construction des Business Plan avec le marketing et assurer le suivi des budgets,
Veiller à la communication au sein de l'équipe projet et vers les parties prenantes externes.

A: INTERNATIONAL TRADE MANAGEMENT
Take charge of all sales and marketing activities. Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. Develop the strategic marketing plan for all projects
Develop, maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the company.
Operate with outside agents and other service providers
B: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
Achieving export sales target. Identifying export business opportunities.
Developing and executing strategic business development plans.

C: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Responsible for competitive compensation surveys and participating in the salary survey and leading research and analysis of market data to ensure competitive compensation programs, surveying data analysis and interpretation and being lead for annual market adjustment, analyzing the company’s competitive pay position and recommending salary range, planning, developing compensation, reward & recognition program and policies, manpower planning and headcount control, coordinating with recruitment team to backfill or finding suitable candidate for any available position, providing consultancy on performance review and feedback, giving advices to line manager to develop the succession plan and update quarterly, investigating any actions/ events against the company’s rules & policies and advising to line manager the appropriate disciplinary actions, leading and supporting special project as assigned.
D: ACCOUNTING FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
General accounting: month end closing and consolidated statements.
Planning & budgeting: review monthly actual versus budget with variance analysis
Cost control: monitor actual versus budgeted costs with variance analysis including suggestions for improvements
Systems: ensure respect of procedures as well as design and implementation of new procedures
Liaising with company's subsidiaries: monitor and control sales and cash flow forecasts
External audit: liaise with external audit team. Taxation: implement tax saving measures

MY ROLE AS PRODUCTION MANAGER
By order request form all departments. Sourcing new supplier to achieve pricing cost down/better quality, check price from supplier oversea and give quotation. Checking Supplier PI Term (Delivery/Data/Q'ty/Price/Payment Term/Etc. Make PO). Inform purchase return rejected packaging material to related supplier. Depend on the sales order; place the material planning to purchase.
Check the material quantity with the delivery order or packing list. Arrange the new material testing. Submit the purchasing month report. Follow up the order delivery daily with supplier to ensure our order will delivery as required. Arrange shipment; follow to delivery and discharge, checking the Q'ty with warehouse. Tracking the document (Invoice/packing /BL) with supplier for shipping to preparing the document for export or import. Checking L/C Content Correct, Product Selling: Payment Collect.
MY ROLE AS EXPORT MANAGER
To liaise with distributors, customers, users and key contacts, and to keep abreast of developments and trends in marketplace and among competitors. To support contract staff in negotiation for tenders and contracts, resolved problems that occurred in marketplace, and developed profitable marketing strategies.
To responsible for a specific geographic location, frequently specified by country or continent. Within the geographic area you are usually responsible for appointing / managing local distributors. This includes travel to the location, motivational support and potential financial support, training of personnel, negotiation of contracts, all against a backdrop of personal performance being measured in sales value / margin. My role was also including feeding back on product development / packaging for the local market and the implementation of this.

The Brand Sales Managers are responsible for programmed performance management, portfolio management, improving sales conversion, brand positioning, market and competition analysis and a number of related projects.
PROGRAMS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
To analyze current trading patterns and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities and overcome any barriers to sale. Liaison with other teams around the business to ensure the strategies identified are followed through and executed.

PORFOLIOT MANAGEMENT
To analyze the current portfolio by destination, brand, size, grade and other criteria to identify areas of growth or rationalization. The creation of portfolio briefs to ensure the right stock is recruited and liaison with the teams responsible for this. IMPROVING SALES CONVERSION
To work on initiatives to improve sales conversion and maximize revenue. This will include items like the development of web / direct promotions, developing key sales messages to reflect current trading patterns etc
BRAND POSITIONING
To ensure that the brands protect their commercial position as market leader and reflect the appropriate market position in tone and creative style. To ensure key sales messages are communicated accurately / effectively and in the right tone for the brand. Liaison with the brochure production, web and other marketing teams to achieve this end.
