    2012 - 2012 Consulting and Human Resources Department.
    Training project, with a Moroccan client –Marsa Maroc-, dedicated to 250 persons, concerning some technical and managerial subjects related to the maritime sector:
    - Interface between the trainer (Demos) and client (Marsa Maroc) to facilitate the relationship between the two entities, in terms of communication and coordination.
    - Conducting interviews in order to identify and analyze the customer’s needs and expecations.
    - Researching and targeting companies and entities (E.g. Ports of Shanghai and Singapore) to participate to an exchange of experience with” Marsa Maroc” in order to discuss and understand mutual issues related to the maritime sector.
    - Managing costs related to the courses: estimation and optimization of costs to meet budgetary constraints.
    - Organization of the entire logistics: accommodation, transport, training rooms.
    - Summarizing and synthesizing documents related to the evaluation of the project.

  • SFR - Stagiaire Chargé de missions : stratégie innovation produits services et contenus

    2011 - 2012 SFR headquarters-Department of Innovation strategy of products, services, and contents:
    The department of innovation strategy includes three sub-departments, each in charge of a type of innovative projects, in relation to a service, product or content:
    - Conducting a competitive analysis of innovative products already marketed (e.g. Videos on Demand, Multi-screens), in order to constantly be aware of the market changes.
    - Updating the roadmap products / technologies, for projects whose implementation extends over the MT and LT in terms of costs, risks, and progress and different parties that undertake the project.
    - Organizing weekly meetings involving all three sub-departments of innovation, to assess the development of projects in progress.
