- Head of Triple Play Internet Services - In charge of 6 product lines : Communication - VOIP - Security - Community - Access - Radio and TV
- Principal missions :
Strategic analysis, survey, positioning, product design, development, contract formalization, offer definition and roll-out, Development of turnover (15 M€), contribution and customer satisfaction, In charge of shareholder relations with respect to international European products & services development and roll out.
Key achievements:
- 200 projects led from 2001 to 2002
- Increased profit in the Business Unit from 0 € en 2001 to M€ 15 of turnover in 2007
- Signature with Microsoft of a major deal (first in the world) to launch the first IPTV service over Microsoft technology (Mediaroom) : 100 000 subscribers in 10 months
- Leaded complex launch of new products by coordinating different activities such as R&D, Hi-tech procurement, Production and sales teams

- Study into the creation of 2 companies : Strategic positioning, business model / plan, development of partnerships
Internet portal for Provence/Alps/Côte d'Azur area in France
Clic and Mortar Auctions company
Key achievements:
- Group agreement to launch the auction company – Ongoing creation of the company and recruitment started – Project stopped just after the Internet bubble burst
1996 - 1999November 1996 – December 1999 (3 years 2 months)
- Design and rollout of the Internet Service Provider’s technical platform
- Responsible for IS developments, production, system and network operations
- Management (26 engineers and technicians)
Key achievements:
- ISP Platform design and ramp-up from 10 000 subscribers to 350 000 (2nd largest French ISP) that has highly impacted the company value when sold to Deutsche Telekom (€ 1,4 billion)
1995 - 1996June 1995 – October 1996 (1 year 5 months)
- Unix operating system and TCP/IP network expert – Network security and monitoring
- Main clients: Siris, Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris, Assistance Publique, Hôpitaux de Paris, Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, Caisse Parisienne de Réescompte, CHU de Rouen…
