  • Gemalto - Department Manager : TMS (Terminal Management System)

    Meudon 2005 - 2009 v$Join Gemalto to recover then build a new Terminal Management System (TMS) architecture proposing new functions and handling the complete range of Gemalto point of sale terminals (remote downloading, remote control, device management...), while stabilizing the existing on customer areas: technical road-map, architecture definition, technologies (Java, Cocoon, protocols, JBOSS), tests tools, development, project plan (budget, people...), project management.
