2008 - 2009Objective: Ensure reaching the objectives fixed by Eurocopter in term of OTD and Quality requirements of the assembly line. Manage Manufacturing line with transversal responsibilities in support functions such as Planning, Quality Inspection, Scheduling, and Purchasing.
Outcome: “On Time Delivery” and Product Quality improvement, Ensure Socata Turn-Over. Contribute to develop Socata subsidiary in Morocco (outsourcing of Ecureuil sub-assemblies manufacturing). Excellent aeronautic fitting and assembling skills. At ease with project management methods for product line improvement.
Project Manager - Technologic Transfer of the Eurocopter “Ecureuil” Helicopter, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bangalore (India)
2006 - 2008Onbehalf of EADS Socata & Eurocopter
Objective: Ensuring echnical transfer to HAL Helicopter Division, assembly line transfer of the “Ecureuil” helicopter, industrial dossier duplication, developing subcontractor’s network, upgrading quality and technical levels up to international Standard (EN 9100, EADS quality requirements).
Outcome: Working in cooperation with Indians Technicians (cultural and technical exchange, business conducted in English), scheduling definition, blocking point analysis, solution research considering the economic conditions of the project and the cultural differences (off-set obligation, working in a governmental company, political constraints).
