-Gestion globale de la communication du projet, coordination des différents intervenants (graphistes, web-designer, imprimeurs,hôtesses d’accueil…),
-Assurer l’interface avec Ubifrance à Paris et le Ministère de l’Aménagement du Territoire Marocain,
-Gestion administrative des invitations (mailing, téléphone, fax),
-Vérification et budgétisation,
-Mise en place de RDV B2B.
Réalisation du guide répertoire sur « Les sociétés de services informatiques au Maroc 2006 »,
-Collecte et analyse de données, suivi de l’actualité du secteur des NTICs.
-Prise de RDV auprès de professionnels, relance,
-Rencontre des principaux acteurs NTIC (Cadres d’entreprises, directeurs d’associations, d’organisations…),
-Analyse et synthèse des rapports de visites.
Travail en équipe autour d’un programme de développement rural.
-Gestion des tâches administratives (scan de documents, gestion du mailing, gestion des appels entrants…).
