    Rueil Malmaison 2014 - 2014 Following Schneider Electric acquisition of Invensys, 2,3b€ revenue in 2013. A global technology company that provides monitoring software and control products to industrial and commercial customers helping them to optimise their operational performance.
    Lead the supply chain post-acquisition integration (Manufacturing & Logistics primarily)
    - Define & execute the Manufacturing and Logistics integration roadmap
    - Collaborative work with purchasing to generate synergies, notably on the transportation area
    Lead the Robertshaw disposal on the supply chain area (Invensys subsidiary in the field of product appliances generating 415m€ TO, business sold by Schneider Electric)
    - Collaborative work with legal to integrate supply chain requirements on shared plants (contract manufacturer)
    - Logistic network review to properly dissociate the flows
  • Schneider electric - VP Sensor Supply Chain

    Rueil Malmaison 2010 - 2014 -Definition and execution of a carve out plan for the Sensors supply chain
    Transformation roadmap encompassing manufacturing, logistics, purchasing in the frame of an internal carve out (activity losing market shares)
    Creation of a dedicated factory in Batam (Indonesia) to gather worldwide mass production, industrial footprint rationalization to regroup high mix/low volume production in dedicated site in Europe (Limoges/France), North America (Dayton/US), and China (Shanghai). Management of industrial transfers to implement the plan (~50% of the total turnover transferred in less than 3 years)
    Setting up of dedicated purchasing team (about 70m€ spent directly/indirectly managed) managing the supplier portfolio and localisation projects from HCC to LCC.
    - Manage the day to day supply chain : Factories, purchasing, industrialization, logistic support
    Dedicated sensors factories (France (2), US, Indonesia)
    Industrialization : interacts with R&D for new offers and support the factory transformation notably in the frame of complex production reengineering

    Rueil Malmaison 2009 - 2010 - Reshape Sensor in a context of verticalisation – Define & implement new business model
    In the frame of the review of the back and front office organisations (setting up of dedicated sales force in the countries, regrouping worldwide R&D efforts, redefining industrial profile), support business case construction and performance follow-up
    Investigate partnership/acquisition opportunities
    - Manage worldwide Sensor financial performance (Sales weight: 60% Europe, 20% North America, 10% Asia, 10% rest of the world)
    - Project leader : Definition, build up and roll out of a dedicated sales & profitability performance tool to accompany/drive the sales & marketing operations

    Rueil Malmaison 2004 - 2006 - Analyze and explain the European performance: Financial statement evolution, growth analysis (benchmark with market studies)
    - Follow up of the industrial productivity in collaboration with the European industrial controllers.
    - Ensure the quality of controlling Information Systems
    Specific action plans:
    - Essbase implementation (Hyperion product) with consultant support and training of controllers.
    - Leading annual P&L restatement process (change in perimeter : Acquisitions, production transfer) at European level.
    Training: FELIX program, dedicated to youth potential (30 participants, 22 nationalities). 2 sessions of 15 days (one of which session in China) with a 6 month break in between permitting us to build a project that was presented to the board.
