  • Praxedo - Product Manager

    Paris 2013 - maintenant Praxedo publishes a SaaS Field Service Management solution that completes existing ERP with advanced technologies such as optimized scheduling or mobile tracking.

    As the Product leader in Praxedo, responsible for:
    • Helping to define global vision and product strategy, as well as short and long-term roadmap
    • Conducting detailed product competitive analysis
    • Translating Praxedo roadmap into detailed requirements, building functional features and test requirements along with R&D team, until final roll out (including feature packaging and training)
    • Liaising with all stakeholders, including sales, marketing, project management, R&D and support teams, UX/UI designers and technical writers, as well as customers.
  • Praxedo - Telecom Projects Director

    Paris 2010 - 2013 In charge of all Telecom customers in their day-to-day use of Praxedo:

    • Single point of entry for all Telecom customers: Orange, SFR, as well as Canadian and German Telecom sub-contractors
    • Training customers and assisting them by answering to their functional and technical questions related to the use of Praxedo application
    • Responsible for assessing, defining and prioritizing customers’ needs, and translating them into detailed requirements
  • Alcatel-Lucent - Optics Business Support Manager

    Paris 2007 - 2010 Responsible for Business development activities in North Africa & Middle East area for Microwave Radio and Optical Transmission equipment (30 millions euros sales figures). Main activities are:
    - Supporting marketing activities by promoting Optics portfolio towards customers during prospect phase, evaluating their needs and assisting them in preparing the technical aspects of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents,
    - Supporting sales managers in their customer approach to identify and turn opportunities into purchase orders,- Managing proposal development process and supporting pre-sales engineers in providing competitive offers to RFx (responsible for product and pricing strategies, proposal validation…),
    - Tracking opportunities and keeping orders record,
    - Preparing a yearly market plan (market shares, competition…) for Middle East & North Africa region
  • Alcatel-Lucent - MW and WiMAX Pre-sales and tendering engineer

    Paris 2004 - 2007 In charge of full Technical and Sales support in over 12 Middle East countries for Microwave Radio Transmission and WIMAX equipment. In close relationship with architecture, pre-sales, business development and sales teams, responsibilities included:
    - Supplying technical support and interfacing with customers (out of which Etisalat, MTN, Aramco)
    - Analysing and evaluating customer’s technical requirements- Developing timely responses to RFx and to any other customers’ technical inquiries (more than 50 per year)
    - Preparing and delivering technical presentations during offer negotiation meetings,

    2003 - 2003 Internship in speech processing in the research laboratory of the University of Stockholm.
