My new challenge will be to facilitate the interactions between Group IT and the Seating Product Group, from PG needs and issues, to ERP or MES systems roll-outs, from the animation of user networks to budget and KPIs

My day to day challenge was to provide highly secured IT solutions to run our Just In Time plants, while optimizing the launch costs and reducing the time to delivery.
My department main missions and achievements:
- MES Roll-out in 23 European Seating JIT plants
- Defining MES standards and methods
- Supporting MES deployment abroad (China; Brazil; USA)
