- Pioneered creation and management of JV in Beijing (€ 25M and 240 people). Championed company’s market penetration and within 12 months successfully improved operation and processes to increase cash flow and accelerate revenue growth.

- Restructured operations, consolidated production facilities and launch global operation performance excellence program (plants in Brazil, China, Romania, France, USA, Japan and Spain). Partnered with senior management team to develop rationalization plan involving turning around underperforming sites.

- Responsible for developing European market (€ 10M) and launching new subsidiaries (over 120 people), partnerships and distribution channels. Development and implementation of a revitalized strategy across our technical centre (England), subsidiaries (France, Germany and Sweden), and alliances (Italy and Spain).

- Delivered first years’ gross profit 8%+ above target. Exceed sales target (150%) and creation of long lasting customers’ portfolio.

- Established relationships with major OEM and suppliers and delivered proven results to realize 28%+ EBITDA. Drafted, reviewed and negotiated wide variety of contracts, including vendor, strategic alliances, subcontractors, customer’s agreements and resolved disputes. Attained 99%+ satisfaction and secured iso certification within 12 months.

- Development of a new homogeneous charge combustion concept and 1D model for auto-ignition delay prediction in a HCCI engine. Served as primary contact interface to client technology organization for new engine concept improvement.

- Thesis results published to the SAE (Paper SAE 2002-01-2831). Presentation at symposium on “The Future of Internal Combustion Engines”.

- Enzo/FXX evolution sportscar project management and development of new laser ignition system within a transversal team (10 staff members).
