Currently working on a project (seat mechanisms) for german customers, from the prototype phase to the production launch.

-establish the D-FMEA
-establish the control plan for prototypes
-Analysis of the parts after Safety, Regulation and functional validation tests.
-Define the measurement means for the serial life.
-Prepare and submit the first PPAP.

The aim of this mission was the integration of the quality tools on a new production line for seat's mechanisms (Height Adjusters).
First project with a Development team in France and a production line in Germany.

-Training of the operators
-Scrap, complaint and alert management.
-Indicators follow-up.
