Après de belles expériences dans l'évènementiel sportif où j'ai occupé des postes d'assistante de production puis de responsable de projet au sein d'agence de communication tout d'abord à Paris puis à Anglet; j'ai travaillé chez Kutunak Prod basée à Biarritz en tant que chargée de production sur un tour du monde automobile pour Mercedes-Benz où nous étions en charge de toute la gestion logistique du tour.
Je suis actuellement à la recherche d'un emploi dans le milieu de la communication évènementielle partout en Europe, Amérique du Nord, Nouvelle Calédonie, Australie...

After enriching experiences in event management where I worked as assistant project manager and then as project manager in event communication agencies in Paris and in the South of France; I have worked for Kutunak Prod based in Biarritz as executive producer on the organisation of a world tour for Mercedes-Benz where we were in charge of all the logistic aspects of the tour.
I am now looking for a job in event management everywhere in Europe, Nothern America, New Caledonia, Australia...

A l'occasion des 125 ans de Mercedes-Benz nous avons organisé le "F.Cell World Drive", premier tour du monde en voiture hybride en 125 jours.
Traversée de 14 pays avec un convoi de 20 véhicules et une équipe d'une cinquantaine de personnes.
Gestion de la logistique quotidienne du convoi, organisation des ravitaillements en hydrogen, négociation et gestion des passages en douanes entre les différents pays, affrêtement des véhicules entre les divers continents.
Organization and logistic management of a motorcar world tour for Daimler.
For the 125th Birthday of Mercedes Benz, we organized the "F.Cell World Drive" the first world tour with hydrogen vehicles in 125 days.
Crossing of 14 countries with a convoy of 20 vehicles and a team of 50 people.
We dealed with the daily logistic of the convoy,the hydrogen refueling, negotiation of the border crossing between countries, chartering of the vehicles between the several continent.
2009 - 2010En charge de l'accueil et de l'encadrement de groupe d'étudiants américains (une soixantaine), séjournant en France pour un semestre dans le but d'apprendre le Français au sein de nos Universités. Accueil des groupes, placement en famille d'accueil Française, gestion de la logistique quotidienne et organisation de tout le volet culturel de leur séjour, visites de la région Rhône Alpes, excursions diverses dans le Sud de la France, encadrement sur le terrain.
Rédaction de news letter bimensuel, gestion administrative en lien direct avec les Etats-Unis. Amélioration du système de communication entre les différents intervenants Français et Américains etc.

Briefing équipes, compte rendu et suivi logistique. Encadrement des équipes sur le terrain (1 mois).

2006 - 2007En charge de la réalisation des caravanes publicitaire pour le Tour de France.
Gestion de la logistique d'un groupe de 130 personnes + 50 véhicules en amont et sur toutes les étapes du Tour. Suivi des avancées avec le client(groupe Bel), briefing des prestataires, gestion du budget logistique du projet, recrutement des caravaniers.
Responsable d'un équipe sur le terrain, gestion du réapprovisionnement quotidien des objets publicitaires et du bon déroulé des animations.
