Managing a multicultural team of 20+ Sales and Admissions Staff in 5 offices domestically (France) and abroad (Beijing, Shanghai, St Petersburg & Doha), my role is to drive growth for HEC Executive Education for our Degree and Certificate programs and to implement, develop and share best practices throughout our international sites for both admissions and sales.

• Changes I implemented have led to sales growth of over 40%, from 14 M€ to 19M€, in a 16 month period.
