- Perform Global sourcing activities of each commodity for all Areas of the World
- Functional / indirect management of a team of 25 buyers worldwide.

- Based in New Jersey, USA (HQ), management of packaging portfolios for 5 plants in North America
- march 2006 to sept 2007 : Management of blow molding, injection molding and resin portoflios (total spend of $ 90M/pa)
- july 2003 to feb 2006 : Management of folding cartons, films, non-woven, aerosol cans and valves portoflios (total spend of $ 70M/pa)

- Project Management, full responsibility for Materials portion, and first customer interface concerning purchasing strategies, based in France.
- Management of New Product Introduction in Germany : 3 months mission, based in Germany.
- Management of Production transfer from Romania to China : 4 months mission, based in China.
