    Main functions are :
    • Answer to RFQ , analysis of customers specifications and lead the technical/economical offer and timing. Prepare whole Business Plan and submit to CEO for acceptation, main interlocutor to customers. 3 majors businesses awarded in 18 months, yearly Turnover about 30m€ for each. International markets, mainly for chinese and indian customers.
    • Drive projects under development following PMO standards, managing complete and international team (electronics, mechatronics, mechanics) teams to develop and industrialize new innovative products, respecting the defined timing / costs / quality targets. Perimeter: Shock absorbers, suspension systems, dampers, struts.
    • Program manager for new plant establishment in Morocco, (Tanger, Maroc)
    • Manage wordwide's production transfer to optimize costs. Manage phase in/phase out and minimizing risks. Ensure safe launch, negotiation with customers to apply these changes.

    • Lead the planning and implementation of industrials means and new products, executing following WCM standards (lean standards).

    • Insure the customer APQP requirements are met. Prepare customers audits.

    Development of new products on new plants. I Worked on project in Italia, Serbia, Turkey, Poland, Brazil
    Program Chief Engineering for aesthetics and functional plastics components such as bumpers, airvents, airsealings. Main activities were to :
    • Prepare Technical Review and technical feasibility.
    • Coordinate activity of CAD / Product and Process definition.
    • Manage and support CAD designers (product design, diffusion of Bills Of Material and drawings).
    • Be responsible of planning for molds and equipments, manage and plan try-out and modifications to be implemented.
    • Define and follow parts modifications to improve parts assembly and quality expectations, manage them to ensure alignment between parts modifications and process.
    • Program and ensure deliveries of prototype and pre-series parts.

  • Faurecia - Program manager

    2007 - 2011 AUDINCOURT/FRANCE
    Program Manager for automotive Engine cooling systems / electrical motors.
    Responsible for leading the program in all aspects, from RFQ (Request For Quotation Approval) until 6 months after Start of Production. I was guarantor of customer satisfaction in conjunction with the achievement of program Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives, while ensuring profitability throughout the entire program lifecycle, for French and German car makers. Main missions were to:
    • Develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer as the official Faurecia representative (one face to customer).
    • Liaise with the Program Controller, build the initial Business Plan, define the Program investment scheme, and release investments in compliance with controlling procedures; take economical responsibility for all deviations from initial requirements.
    • Launch and monitor the Program : track progress by updating Business Plan, Program Dashboard and Budget Reports, and by leading reviews of program steps and results, follow and ensure Key Program Indicators level.
    • Arbitrate any internal/external conflicts with the customer on financial and/or technical issues.
    • Staff, manage and co-ordinate a cross-functional program team (Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Product & Process engineering), and define team member’s objectives and assignments. Core team was about 10 persons.
    • Create a "Program Management culture" by ensuring processes defined in the Faurecia Program Management System (PMS) , and develop synergies between all actors involved in the program.
