After 18 years of experiences in PSA Group, including 7 for the international (China, Europe, Argentine), where I was specialized in new department creation, where I had to manage multidisciplinary teams, spread Lean method in design and production, and lead projects in phase advance, industrialization and mass production, I decided to take advantage of the opportunity to learn and develop new skills within a new group.
That’s why, I joined Ségula Technologies Group, a global company, in order to introduced new responsibilities like commercial deployment, gestion and profit activities.

    Nanterre 2017 - maintenant I’m in charge to manage a complete business unit, for that I have the responsibility and the autonomy to :

     organize and make more efficient the internal functioning,

  • Groupe Psa - Reducing cost production (PRF) manager for body in white and equipment, R&D department

    Rueil Malmaison 2016 - 2017 In charge of the reducing production cost of our vehicles in current production, I manage hierarchically and transversally a multidisciplinary teams and partners (design office, brands, style, finance, factory, purchase, exterior partner) for Europe, and coordinates the transversal actions with Asia and Latin America teams. My team leads our partners in order to spread the entire process, from the creativity, profitability assessment, development phase, validations, decisions to COMEX, into the implementation and the official balance of the gain in €. I report these results to the PSA R&D cost department.
  • PSA Peugeot Citroën - Responsable qualité géométrie et qualité perçue Argentine

    Rueil Malmaison 2014 - 2016 Engaged in breaking off work plan to make the production site profitable, but also to reach the customer quality, I had to build transversely with local teams a master plan quality geometry over 2 years. This transverse plan, punctuated with special day of geometry and Kaizen events, from stamping to customers has allowed us to reduice customer dissatisfaction rate, divide the rate of rework plant and reduice the geometry manpower.
  • PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN - Department Manager of geometrical quality in current production

    Rueil Malmaison 2012 - 2014 I manage a team of 40 people (engineers and technicians) distributed in our five factories in France, two in Spain and one in Slovakia. Our target is to assist the plant to maintain the quality geometric level of our vehicles, to guide the customer returns, to integrate the product and process events, to ensure respect for the application of our standards and ensure feedback to design teams.
    We also guarantee the growing competence of our factories abroad (Brazil, Russia and China) by sharing our standards and entitling the local people.

    Rueil Malmaison 2007 - 2009 This section was created in order to ensure several industrialization phase in this period. It was also the kickoff of the Lean in PSA.

    Rueil Malmaison 1999 - 2006 Operational manager, I was leader of the aesthetic and functional convergence during the conception phase in R&D center, and during industrialization phase in plant for Xsara, 807 and C6 projects.
