- Meetings organisation so as to follow the execution of the different guidelines they had to follow in order to optimize the settlement of the merger and maximize merger synergies,
- Report of the evolution of the different workshops on a weekly rhythm.
SOCIETE GENERALE - Cost controlling :
Project launched following a major program which aims at redefining the entire organisation in order to enhance the current business model.
- Coordinate the budget process within the finance department for Paris and the main subsidiaries in Asia and America,
- Control the consistency of the figures input in the budget database for costs, headcounts and NBI and alert if needed.
CREDIT AGRICOLE - Risk Management-
Project launched in order to accelerate the quarterly closing process to be compliant with the regulatory requirements with regard to the CRD directive.
