En tant que Manager du Service Client de Groupon, je participe à la croissance folle de cette jeune entreprise ! Une aventure dynamique et passionnante qui me fait découvrir une entreprise en pleine ébullition via le challenge du management d'un service en pleine mutation avec l'encadrement d'une équipe passée de 30 à 250 personnes en moins de 12 mois !
La prise de poste de responsable du service client m'a permis de relever de nombreux challenges avec la construction d'un Service Client passé en moins de 12 mois de 30 à 250 personnes : la mise en place des process et des outils permettant une telle croissance, la mise en place et gestion de prestataires, et surtout l'apprentissage du management d'une telle équipe !

2010 - 2010Expérience de conseil en energie et developpement durable auprès de grands énergéticiens Francais sur les grands sujets de développement durable (smart grids, efficacité énergétique, stockage hydrogène...)
2009 - 2010I worked during one year as an external consultant for the NGO Endeavor provinding consulting advices to local entrepreuneurs. I realised 4 diferent projects of internal analysis and growth strategy for Endeavor entrepreneurs
- Furniture design (12 employees firm) Develop a growth strategy considering retail distribution channel (projection plan, product portfolio, Google add implementation…)
- Generic drug distributor (80 employees firm) : Internal optimization (pricing, incentive model, recruiting processes, stock management), 5 years business plan for investors (modelling, valuation)
- Toy industry (150 employees firm) Analyzed international growth expansion potential, new production capacity in Costa Rica or Mexico for sales in US and commercial strategy
- PR agency : (60 employees firm) Internal analysis leading to internal reorganization (controlling system, timesheet system, incentive system, decision making processes, HR strategy…)
2007 - 2010Responsibilities: Performing analysis and managing client relationship for multiple projects including
- Consumer goods : Re-organize the sales force at the French mass market products division of a global cosmetics company (define organization structure, roles and responsibilities)
- Travel and Tourism: Develop a strategy plan for travel agencies: full internal analysis of the company (agencies results, resources, brand positioning), KSF, benchmark…
- Power Utility: Assist a major European power utility in realizing the productivity targets: identify and valuate levers, discuss and validate with the client’s team
- Finance: Re-design and implement the new international training organization for a major retail bank (through 50 interviews in 5 countries and local training platform analysis)
- Finance: Assist the Corporate & Investment banking business of a major bank in implementing and validating a new organizational structure
