I am in charge of managing a Business Unit for Airbus (aeronautic).
Main occupations:
- Establishing long term relationship with clients
- Developing and implementing aeronautic business strategies
- Managing and monitoring several teams in Airbus A/C developement, lab/flight tests...(200 people) of Airbus projects
- Synergies between teams
- Establishement of improvement plan, quality plan, visual management, LEAN-6 sigma
- Building and improving client relation policy
- RFP process for Airbus and other customers
2006 - 2009I am in charge of navigation (VOR/ADF/DME/RA/MMR Rockwell Collins/ADIRU Honeywell- Northrop/SNS Thales) 20 people& maintenance team (CMS, DLCS, Elogboof, MHM)( 15 people)for Airbus A350, A380, SA, LR

- To provide reporting to SII direction and to Airbus Navigation department

Sélection fournisseur essuie glace (intertechnique), Rain Repellent et Oxygène Cockpit A380 (IN LHC). Suivi développement équipementier et responsable de l'intégration système avion de ces systèmes.
