Segolene BROSSETTE

LONDRES

En résumé

I have twelve years of professional experience, specialising in the organisation of artistic events, with a focus on art fairs and galleries.

I started my career working in galleries and I curated my own space for a year in Paris. I have both participated in art fairs with my gallery (YIA Art Fair) and gained experience in art fair organization through working at the FIAC, Cutlog and Start Art Fair at the Saatchi Gallery in London. These were fantastic opportunities for me to have some real input, and affirm my passion for organising art events.

At Cutlog I organised four editions, since its second year of operation. As we were a small team, I had tangible responsibility for a broad range of matters: I was in charge of communication, partnerships, institutions, exhibitors, event logistics, and management of the team under me.

I have a strong focus on finding solutions to problems; my strong analytical skills, creative thinking and attention to detail allow me to deal with complex projects. My positive attitude means that I rarely get flustered when working to tight deadlines, always act in logical and decisive way and can motivate those around me.

I have moved to London this year to broaden my experience where I have launched Photo Focus London, a blog about contemporary photography in London.

I would love to work again for the organisation of an art fair or for a art gallery in London or elsewhere.
