    2015 - maintenant Nemera's strategy is to develop manufacturing activities of proprietary devices. In line with this strategy I am responsible for leads development, which includes the following activities:

    ➢ Understand the characteristics and applications of proprietary devices
    ➢ Understand product positioning, competing products and market trends/demand
    ➢ Work hand-in-hand with marketing to identify promising market segments
    ➢ Prepare prospecting campaigns to target relevant companies
    ➢ Work with Sales Directors to divide prospecting workload
    ➢ Generate lead and qualify them according to their interests
    ➢ Pass on qualified prospects to Key Account Managers
    ➢ Report on Nemera's prospecting activities
    ➢ Together with my Management, establish prospecting procedures from scratch
