As Deployment Lead of the SAP Project in Europe and now in Latin America, I am in charge of all UAT activities (Business Simulation, Day in the Life). I plan the schedules, appoint business attendees, collate/define with Core Team the scenarios to be tested during events, and provide Support Plans for UAT testing. In my continuous tasks, I need to ensure that all Business Units involved in the project are providing or executing what is needed on the project side on time, track their readiness and follow up their progress. I act as the main point of contact beetwen the Core Team and Local Implementation Deployment Teams, Site Leads and Logistic Coordinators. As my major goal is to have all sites present at the Go-Live, I continually track, identify and escalate any issues that might have an impact on the current implementation.
